Regular Club Rides

We have regular rides organised most days and some nights. See which ones are for you on the rides page.

Daisy Hill & Cornubia Training Ride

Our usual Saturday "faster training" ride.  Leaving 6am sharp top car park Daisy Hill back by 7:45am. Fast, hilly and technical but we wait at trail heads great race training. You need to be a good rider with good level of fitness, otherwise try the 8am ride.

Beginners, Kids & Families Ride

Our usual Saturday ride has something for everyone even the beginner and kids.

Usually leaving 8am from Daisy Hill top car park next to the information board.

If you are not a member and need to sign off on the insurance form get there a bit earlier. (Remember the club pays for your first ride then its $5 for other rides or join the club!)

Hope to see lots of members and friends each Saturday, ride helpers welcome to help lead and follow each group.

Come & Try MTB for Free

If you have any friends that would like to try mountain biking, they can attend our social ride for free with the club offering to pick up the $5 daily participation licence which provides insurance cover for their first social ride.  If they then like the experience they can choose to keep paying the $5 participation licence or join the club to receive all club benefits including race insurance cover.

So tell your friends to come along, Saturday morning Daisy Hill is a great starter! All social rides are just that "social" and groups maintain contact at each trail junction ensuring you don't get lost.  As rides become more popular there can be breaking up into smaller groups that allow everyone to ride at a pace they are happy with.

Full details are on the rides page.

Future EVENT Dates!

Plan out your racing by referring to the QLD Mountain Bike site that plans to list all races in Queensland. Many races are also listed on the MTBA Calendar.
